Terms and conditions for renting observation equipment
- Nieruchomości JB Jacek Banach is the owner of the Observation Equipment and leases it to the Customer for a fixed period of time until the Return Date, and the Customer accepts the Leased Item under the terms of this Agreement.
- The Customer assumes full responsibility for the Leased Item until the Leased Item is accepted without reservation by Nieruchomości JB. By signing this Agreement, the Customer confirms that it has accepted the equipment in working order, without any damage, subject to the notes described in the section Description of the Technical Condition of the Leased Item.
- The Owner at the time of returning the Item shall check its technical condition. In case of damage to the Leased Item or its element, the Customer undertakes to reimburse the costs associated with the repair of the damaged equipment in accordance with the repair estimate . If the Leased Item is not repairable or if the repair is uneconomic in the opinion of the owner , the Customer will return to Nieruchomości JB the value of the damaged element of the Leased Item. Until an appraisal is made , the Owner of the Item shall retain the deposit . The cost of repair will be paid by the Customer or deducted from the amount of the deposit.
- If the deposit is paid by bank transfer, the Rental Item will be released to the Client after the receipt of the deposit is credited to the account of Nieruchomości JB. The return transfer of the deposit will take place no later than 3 working days after the return of the Rental Item.
- The Client agrees to return the Rental Item in full no later than the return date. If the return of the leased equipment is not made by the date specified in the return date, interest will be charged at 1% of the total value of the equipment for each day of delay.
In addition, the Nieruchomości JB shall be entitled to report the landlord to the competent law enforcement authorities if the equipment is not returned by the agreed return date. - Before renting the equipment, it is necessary to take part in an instruction on the use of equipment. The duration of the instruction depends on the amount and difficulty of the equipment rented, on average up to 2 hours.
